The product
Outsmart — Full Bid Plan is one personalized digital report for the public startup URL and test budget submitted before checkout. It includes ranked opportunities, a recommended allocation, observed bid ranges, an avoid list, audience-fit reasoning, suggested listing copy and a final action plan.
Price and payment
The product price is USD $9 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or credit balance. The selected hosted payment provider may calculate applicable taxes or display a supported local payment method.
Delivery
The complete report unlocks after Outsmart receives a signed success event and verifies the order through the payment provider's server-side API. The report is tied to the submitted URL, budget and delivery email. A checkout redirect by itself is not proof of payment.
Appropriate use
Submit only a public website you are permitted to evaluate. Do not submit private systems, credentials, personal records, unlawful material or URLs intended to attack, probe or disrupt another service.
Decision boundary
The report is a decision aid based on dated public information and transparent estimates. It does not guarantee traffic, placement, customers, revenue, bid acceptance or return on spend. You remain responsible for any advertising or promotion decision you make.
Support and refunds
For delivery problems, duplicate charges or refund questions, see the refund policy or email kai@kaixingworks.com with the order ID. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
