What is collected

Outsmart stores the public URL and budget you submit, the generated recommendation, acquisition source, and—only when you start checkout—the delivery email you enter. The selected hosted payment provider processes payment details.

Why it is used

The data is used to generate the preview, connect a verified payment to the correct report, deliver the purchased report, answer support questions and understand the basic analyze-to-checkout funnel.

For basic usage measurement, a random identifier in this tab's session storage links page views and actions, separately from the link's source label. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the tab session ends. We store these events with the report and presentation identifiers; they are not proof of a person's identity. This measurement does not use cross-site fingerprinting.

What is not done

Outsmart does not sell submitted URLs or delivery emails. It does not ask for passwords, private analytics, ad-account access or customer data.
